I found this site after my doctor recommended using these things to do my own research with that sells peptide among the things it sells are igf lr3 bpc-157 and tb-500 which are the two things he recommended. My concern is the legality of this stuff seems to be in a grey area and I am already under FBI investigation so I definitely don't intend to break a law intentionally the doctor is obviously an informant which leaves me confused because on one hand he tells me to commit crimes such as buy hgh from people at the gym and on the other I would like to believe he is not telling me to commit a crime by telling me to buy this stuff. What's the current legal status of peptides and does anyone have information to back there claim up?

** UPDATE **
Received this email upon asking if ALL of the products on there website are legal in the USA

We provide these products strictly for in vitro research only, and you must be a licensed professional to purchase products on our site. We cannot and do not provide any information regarding personal use. Please see the Terms and Conditions page on our website for further details.

This makes things even more confusing if you need to be licensed.

Given you're already under investigation I wouldn't suggest buying the peptides from a research company, as it is a gray area and it's probably best to be safe. You might want to look into online health site that can "prescribe" them to you. They usually go through compounding pharmacies and the are sent directly to you from the pharmacy. You'll pay a higher cost than purchasing research chems, but you'll have a little more guidance in the dosing and stuff. Check out something like Valhalla Vitality. I've never used them but see their name mentioned often.

Dude if you’re under FBI investigation you need to get a lawyer and get off the internet. Do not buy or take anything that’s not legal from a pharmacy or medicine section of a legal store.

There are laws that allow the government to charge you for having drug SIMILAR to an illegal drug. They can’t keep up with every research chemical and minor chemical structure change, so it allows them to just say “this compound is extremely similar to an illegal compound. We can charge him for it”

You can play these games with your county court and local police departments. The feds will destroy you if they want to.

It's legal to possess and use on yourself. These are NOT controlled substances ffs.

It's illegal to knowingly sell for human use or to administer to another person.

And most of the laws violated by selling these are civil infractions and only very rarely prosecuted as crimes unless someone is hurt or killed.

In other words, a user has zero risk. You can inject any chemical you want to, as long as it's not a controlled scheduled substance.
