[mid life crisis]

O-k..I'm on 250mg Eneth a week for HRT. I just got some of Gold Lifter's A-dex. I'm thinking that at 1mg per ml, .5ml (.5mg) EOD would be sufficient for my needs of estrogen suppression w/out total elimination.

Thoughts?

Recommendations?

If your just using 250mg per week, You will be fine without any anti-e's, if water retension becomes an issue,change your diet and increase your water intake.....

That amount of Test is just slightly more than what your body naturally produces. You didn't need an aromatase inhibitor before did you? It's a good idea to have on hand but at that dosage, unless there becomes a clear need for the ari, there's no benefit to using it and remember, the male body needs normal amounts of estrogen.
