Arimidex - 0.5mg OR 0.25mg?

Starting my cycle on Monday. I plan on taking Arimidex - 0.25mg EOD. However, couple concerns...

• They come in 0.5mg tablets, pill splitting more crumbles it than anything.
  
• Susceptible to gyno w/ developing as an adolescent and surgery in my early 20's to remove.

Should I up to 0.5mg (whole pill) EOD? OR continue to try and split with 0.25mg EOD?

In my opinion, if I was susceptible to gyno as you say you are I would start with .5mg eod just to be safe but thats just my opinion.

Start at . 25 if you'll like buy a pill cutter. .25 should keep your gyno in check . Knowing your e2 levels require blood work and I recommend you approach this

Your not telling us what your cycle is ,so we can't tell you how much adex you need . You could be running 300mg of test or 1gram of test . I haven't developed mind reading powers yet

Test - E @ 500mg/week (250mg every 3.5 Days)
hCG @ 1000iu/week (500iu every 3.5 Days)
Arimidex - 0.25mg OR 0.5mg EOD????

.75 eod. .5 eod is gonna put your e2 in the high 30s . Or you can drop the hcg and do .5eod

Pill splitting is my partial issue, pill just pretty much crumbles and not very accurate. They even scored the middle too and coming out nearly a dogs breakfast.

@tdiddy cut the pill down by the press quickly. It usually does it for me. Maybe I'll get a bit uneven but if you're gonna do .5 it's easy to seperate half the pill quantity regardless how it cuts. Also if it's off by much it won't kill you

Fair enough, I will give that a go and see what happens pressing down quickly.

I definitely know the repercussions if I take too little.

How will I even know if I am taking too much? What are the side effects of too much? Besides not being able to cry during The Titanic?
