Arimidex once a month?

So just on trt. 140 mgs now I keep lowering so I don't have to use an ai. Seems to be good but after a month levels and sides of high e2 start creeping in. Is it ok to pop an arimidex once a month or whenever I feel these sides?

What’s your bloodwork say?

It’s surprising that you’re aromatizing on 140 mg/week. But even still, e2 doesn’t accumulate in your body. It’s not going to “build up” like you’re thinking it does.

Adex has a half life.. what happens after it? You rebound… so your just gonna rollercoaster yourself.

Do you pin once a week or ?

The half life of Arimidex is 30-60 hours and would be completely eliminated from your body in 6-12 days. Using that info you could divide your dose and take it 2-3 times a month.

Makes sense. Twice a week. I guess I just wanted to to see how I felt after taking it to see. Only taking .25 mg

I think that would be a bad idea considering it would be out of your system in a couple days and then you have nothing for the rest of the month. Maybe take a very small dose every 2-3 days might help. Having symptoms with that small of a dose sucks. Sorry about your luck man.
