Arms finally hit 19"!!!!

Well it's only taken me 2 decades now...but finally hit 19" on the arms. I have been doing a lot of close grip Smith machine press lately and I think it's helped a good bit. Alternating between low incline and flat.

Maybe my goal of 20" will happen still. Just thought to share, it's taken a long time

Congrats - a big number, when you're also lean.

Where did you start out? Other than the close grip Smith, what exercises do you like the best in this area?
I think my arms were maybe 12" around when I began lifting, LOL.

For my triceps any pressing movement such as close grip or dips works well. Also, pushups help blow my triceps out like crazy. The hinge type movements like triceps pressdowns and skullcrushers only got me so far before joint pain, mainly skullcrushers. So I stay lighter on those and do higher reps, and save the heavier movements for more pressing actions. Not that I'm an expert or anything, just my take. Thanks for everyone's comments and props. I need to get 20's now!!!

Thanks for the added info - funny you'd mention joint pain from the hinge activities, I just did a lot of that this morning, and I'm feeling it in my right elbow.

Well shit...i thought youd at least inflate the number a lil. I met a 200lb kid on here not long ago with 20s bro. And EVERYONE on the internet has 22 inch pythons. Measured RELAXED bro. Saw some fat cunt on insta bragging about his 23s. I couldnt even resist the fact to tell him hes just fat and fat doesnt count.

Kinda hate you for being shorter than me. My arms are just shy of yours measurement wise... But look 3" smaller. Youre a beast bro

My favorite exercise for making all the bitches in the gym arm jelly is...spyder curls (on a inclined bench). The combination between "dead hanging" my arms and going to reps of 20 with BIG squeezes makes em look veiner than the toxic avenger. Good way to show off them new 19s bro

Hahaha, toxic avenger. Hell yea, I wanna be toxic avenger. I like spiders too. Another good one is to do lying curls on the seated cable row

I always wanted to be 6' tall. Stopped at 5'9 though, damnit!!!
Shit I'd been happy at 5'8" lol...I got robbed, guess god wanted me to remain the same height as a 6th grader for the rest of my life smfdh.....Fuck it though....I'll just have to work with what I got an don't got......
