my lab results are in...
testosterone, free+weakly bound
testosterone, serum ....................................309ng/dL
testosterone, % free+wealky bound................34.1%
testosterone, f+w bound..............................105.4ng/dL
testosterone, free and total
free testosterone direct............................12.2pg/mL
LH, serum..................................................1.9 mIU/mL
FSH, serum................................................1.1L
Estradiol, sensitive......................................5pg/mL
estrogen, total...........................................204pg/mL
PSA serum.................................................0.8ng/mL
cortisol.....................................................10.4ug/dL
prolactin...................................................2.3ng/mL
cbc was all w/in range. wbc a little low at 4.4
total cholesterol..........................................178mg/dL
triglycerides................................................125mg/dl
hdl............................................................44
ldl.............................................................109
tsh...........................................................3.280uIU/mL
t-3 uptake.................................................34%
t-4...........................................................6.8ug/dL

i got my results in today. my history is 7yr HRT w/ 100mg/wk along w/ arimidex or nolva as needed. 37yo male 5'8" and 168lbs right now. usually around 180, but coming back after a terrible knee surgury. bodyfat stays between 10-14% year round. i use enathate and cypionate. i have also had periodic cycles during the time frame. i have had nipple/gyno issues in the past to some point. however, lately my gyno sucks!!!!! tender knots and more noticeable, at least to me.
any comments or questions would be greatly apprieciated. i use the nurse prct'ner @ a family practice. she is very open to suggestions. she has taken the time to read over the info swale presents. however, the md suggests sending me to a local endo. but has no idea if he deals w/ HRT. nurse has decided to let me research first. she has also suggested a high dose round of nolva for 4-6 weeks in order to try and knock out some gyno issues. i have been using arimidex lately. 1mg every 3rd day. no help. i cannot even see any help at 1mg per day.
the last comment i should make is that this test was drawn 3 or 4 weeks after my last shot. i know, i know. recovery from this surgery and the stress of continuing my career has me slightly depressed and just plain tired of sticking myself.
i have started back into trying to get somewhat of my regular routine back this week. maybe even the gym somewhat. weekly shots defineatly. diet, well probably! LOL........like i said thank you in advance for suggestions.
