Here’s a little information about me in the beginning of my journey it started in high school I weighed 205lbs of pure fat I joined the weight training class in my school and fell in love with lifting , I joined the football team and played for while , we’d do football workouts in the weight room but I quit my sophomore year to pursue bodybuilding a family member of mine who’s a bodybuilder not professional or anything but big asf and asthetic , dude is 6,4 feet tall shreded and huge hes been training for 10+years he trained for 3 years natty then hopped on and has been enhanced ever since and got me into the gym taught me proper form and nutrition working out with him was motivating as hell , I went from 205 to 160lbs it was the leanest I have ever been , he’d tell me train for a year and do a cycle eventually I hit the 1 year mark and I’d tell myself 2 more months and I’ll hop on then 3 more or 1 more but I never did it I have the mindset that I’m too small and don’t have enough years of training experience to hop on , we stopped training tg 6 months in but I kept going in my journey I did a bulk for 7 months and got to 178 lbs started a cut 8 months ago currently 154lbs it’s been a 1 year and 9 months and I still love the grind to better myself. I been thinking when I hit the 2.5 year or 3 year mark of training to hop on.
