Athlete looking for help

Hello everyone,

I have been browsing this forum as well as some other ones and have decided to join. I am a former college athlete and am not ready to give up on the dream of going to the next level after barely missing out this year.

I am just searching around looking for a solution to help push me over the edge a little. Mainly keep me healthy as it seems I have to cut my training down every month or so from an injury. (Don't want to disclose the exact injury in case the league somehow sees this and decides to test everyone with a specific injury. Paranoid. I know.)

I had an idea what I was going to run as I had a great source but due to some circumstances I had to leave the state he was in. So now I'm reevauluating and trying to choose the best one for the time frame I have.

Anyways sorry for the long post. Let me know if I do something wrong and I'll try and learn from the mistake.

Injuries start to add up. Staying healthy should be the highest priority. You can't lift if your body has been trashed.

No doubt. It's a very defeating feeling when you make some progress then have a set back and can't workout for multiple days.

Welcome to Meso. I'm a big fan of high rep, light weight workouts, especially with injuries. You can still get just as big if done properly.

Seven Dog I really wanted to run Equipoise because I really do not want to gain a whole lot of weight. 5-8 lbs is really about all I think my frame could handle and keep my speed and explosiveness. But after a little more research it looks like that stays in the system pretty long so now I am just researching a little more. I really do not want to take orals do to all the information I keep seeing about how hard it is on the liver. Although it seems to get out of system much faster.

Ginger,

Yeah I did sets of 20 today on squat and about 15-25 on all my other leg lifts and one final blowup set of 50 reps on leg press today. Felt pretty good but just dont feel like I can get the same strength gains doing it.

EQ would be a good choice bc its effect on endurance as well, but like you said it does stay in your system a while and you need to run it a min a 16 weeks. TRT dose on test could be an option...you're gotta gain more than 5-8 lbs though, especially if its your first cycle. Winstrol, masteron, or "real" anavar would be good choices as well. Imo your liver will be fine on any orals...just don't drink any alcohol during your cycle and drink couple gals of water everyday.

Yeah Winstrol is another thing I was considering especially with all the talk that it is heavily used by track athletes. But if not I was thinking about 250 mg of test e would probably be a pretty good dosage. Is that about what you'd suggest?

250mg of test EW should put your levels around 1700-2500. Yeah I think that be a good choice. If it was me...I would throw in some anavar or winstrol as well. If you add 10lbs of muscle and train be faster and more explosive...you will.

How did you barely miss out?

Test Options are:

1.) Tpp (less pip than prop)
2.) TP
3.) Test Ace or Sus

For size:
Npp (it will also alleviate joint issues caused by winny)

For speed
Winny

Me personally, I would use HGH, igf-1 (real igf-1), Sermorelin, for fat burning and injury recovery

Hgh, igf-1
Test p/PP
EQ
Tren A
Winny

*Halo kick start*

Speaking from experience!

Just wasn't quite good enough. Had a couple good years in college and then couldn't really train like I needed to going into my senior year due to an injury so I had a pretty average senior year. Because of this ended up with few choices and got behind a lot of veterans and didn't really have a chance.

Welcome. I already flamed you in your other post, but only because you literally asked for it.

Glad to have to here. I know you said you dont want to disclose your injury, but can you tell us the sport you play(ed)? No reason. Im just curious.
