Regarding creatine now, go with monohydrate, 5 grams pre and 5 grams post workout along with some liquid bcaa's. If this is combined with a good pre-workout meal, it's gonna give you insane pumps and strength increases. Also use ALA (dosed at least 600-1000mgs) because it increases dramatically creatine usage and glucose transoportation meaning more muscle mass and more strangth.
Be sure to get a creatine monohydrate product which contains around 40-50 grams of carbs. More just isn't necessary and it's going to fill you up with water.
