Attachment Problem

When I try to add the attachment nothing happens.

I followed the instructions, after browse etc I hit add this file and nothing at all happens.

Help me out?

The file might be too big, or if its a video file I Dont think they can be posted.

You just hit manage attachments, then browse, then add file...right?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
