Autoclave alternative

I've been looking for sterilization methods. I see people mention autoclaves or instant pots with a sterilization opinion but I'm curious about baby bottle sterilizers. Can someone share their opinion/experience on the use of the instant pot or reasons not to consider the bottle sterilizer as an option. Thanks

Well, with baby bottle sterilizers and insta pots, you'll have the steam but you wont have the sufficient psi to achieve proper sterilization.

But, if you're just doing stuff at a personal level I'd say you'd be ok with the insta pot and then some dry heat after.

My sterilization pouches are not turning black on the steam indicator.

I've done it on high for an hour and for 30 minutes and they are still blue.

Then they're not achieving the desired temp for long enough continuously.

Its probably not going to happen unless you're using a legit autoclave.
