I’m Wassup, I’ve been larping on this forum for a lilttle while now and finally wanted to get involved in this community.

My background is the generic sarm goblin who only realised his stupidity retrospectively. But I have learned from my mistakes and am looking to get more informed for future cycles as the sport of bodybuilding is what I'm passionate about.

I have not competed in any competitions so far (apart from pull up competitions at my gym) but plan to compete in the not so far future and see how far I can get.

I have run a few cycles ,good and bad, but have started planning on a pretty hefty cutting stack to prepare me for my plans soon to come.

The Cycle (for now)
350 test p - pinned daily 50mg
70 tren a - pinned daily 10mg
50 mg anavar - pre workout

This is alongside my cruise on 8mg Reta and 6iu HGH (pinned daily before bed)
- both of these will be titrated up if necessary
Ancillaries

NAC
Omega 3 fish oils
Magnesium
Berberine
Multivitamins
Possibly l glutathione if bloods deem it so

Nutrition
Currently eating at maintenance of 3500cals after a heavy bulk. Plan to eat around 1800-2200cals during this aggressive cut. Protein will be the main focus (trying to keep it at ~ 200g daily). Have also taken an interest in carb cycling and its benefits on insulin resistance and training in general so will experiment with it this cycle

Reasons
Low test dose to avoid using ais unnecessarily
Tren for its muscle preservation qualities (even in a low dose)
Anavar for the pump
Reta cuz ive always been a big eater as my marge loved her oily recipes‍

The Reta and HGH will be primarily what helps me stay in the deficit. One question I have about it is whether dosing gh in the morning alongside fasted cardio would make a noticeable difference due to the FFAs?

I realise the cut is steep and much muscle won’t be put on but that is not the goal of this cycle. I am simply trying to return back to normal human form as currently in abit of a fat ogre

Have experimented with test e and p, Anavar, sten, primo, anadrol, no Tren yet so this will be a first

If I missed anything let me know, as for any criticism, I am ready to take it on the chin as that is the only way to learn and get better

You are 5'9, 235 pounds at 25%+ bodyfat....

Sounds like you are more worried about what you can take instead of what you can do.

You need a food program

You need better training programming

Stop asking about drugs, and start asking about the important parts.

I see where you’re coming from. But for me personally, taking these drugs to help reach my goals is a calculated risk I’m willing to take. I came here to discuss the optimal way to blast.

350mg/wk or 50mg a day is low test dose these days? Prop at that…..I really need to start researching more.

Anyways- Idk man, you got a little fat. Maybe take 3-4 months to get to sub 15%bf. . Easily could accomplish it with a moderate dose of Test, Reta, and GH. Once you get leaner then consider upping the T, and bringing in other components.

Or throw the kitchen sink at it. There is a really good log on this site by Iamlordnigus. He could be your coach!

You haven't reached a goal, despite using drugs. It should be obvious to you that drugs aren't the answer. Fix the deficiencies in your training and nutrition.

The best way to blast is by having had extensive experience training with a log book to back it up showing consistency and continual improvement. Knowing how to program your nutrition. And squeezing everything you can out of not having to blast.

Then once that log book stalls, and adding food doesn't move it..... then blast.

You don't blast when you are a fat ass. You don't need drugs to lose weight.

Lose weight. Learn nutrition. Learn how to train. Put the drugs on the shelf until you figure everything else out first.
