Avoiding sides on GLPs

I want to reduce the risk of side effects as much as possible. What would you recommend?

I've got so far:

1. low dose, slow increase (start with 0.5 mg reta per week, possibly not go higher than 2 mg per week at all)
2. electrolytes and drinking a lot for hydration, to avoid dry skin
3. digestive enzymes (not sure if this will really help with possible sides like heart burn, sulfur burps etc)

Are probiotics on reta a good or bad idea? Usually they make my IBS just worse, tried different strains, solo strains etc. Also would like to know how to avoid possible skin sensitivity sides.

My main reason to take reta is not weight loss. I want to try all the other benefits that come with it, weight loss would be a nice side effect, it's not really important for me.

These 2 aren't terrible. I've used the left when I was using Tirzepatide. With Reta, I have been using the one on the right and just using regular old magnesium citrate. But, I'd look into a good magnesium supplement. Every once in a while, I'll take a stool softener.

Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion to avoid dry skin

And instead of digestive enzymes i got enteric coated peppermint oil and pepto to counteract the possible sulfur burps, heartburn and ibs symptoms.

Sadly IBGard is not available in the EU, so i hope the normal peppermint oil will do it.
