I have B-12 that I have been taking and I just noticed it contains Aluminum.
I have read research on how toxic heavy metals such as Aluminum can be to your body. Do you guys see anything wrong with this?
Is there a b-12 injection that has no Aluminum

Cyanocobalamin Injection, USP is a sterile solution of cyanocobalamin for intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. Each mL contains 1,000 mcg cyanocobalamin.

Each vial also contains sodium chloride, 0.9%. Benzyl alcohol, 1.5%, is present as a preservative. Sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid may have been added during manufacture to adjust the pH (range 4.5-7.0).

Cyanocobalamin appears as dark red crystals or as an amorphous or crystalline red powder. It is very hygroscopic in the anhydrous form, and sparingly soluble in water (1:80). It is stable to autoclaving for short periods at 121 C. The vitamin B12 coenzymes are very unstable in light.

The chemical name is 5,6-dimethyl-benzimidazolyl cyanocobamide; the molecular formula is C63H88CON14O14P. The cobalt content is 4.34%. The molecular weight is 1355.39.

I cannot find where aluminum is involed in the process of B-12 anywhere...
That is curious, because my bottle also says it has aluminum content.

Hmmmm...

I'll look some more.

PEACE

Interesting... What kind of B12 do you guys have? Mine says the ingredients are: B12, sodium choride and benzyl alcohol. Nothing about aluminum.

basskiller, the bottle I have has as part of the contents listed as the following: "Contains no more than 625 mcg/ml of aluminum."

Einstien help

I got my B-12 from a seperate source and it says the same thing as Sponge Bobs.

I'd like to hear some info on this. I have been reading a lot about heavy metals causing everything from thyroid disfuction to deadly diseases.

Maybe good old Einstien will pop in.
