I tried the one for horses it got me a little sick...Back in the day people used to get sick on EQ cause the vet stuff sucked,,but when the UG labs started making it nobody got the so called EQ flu anymore ..

Most people dont have the intrinsic factor to absorb b12 so injection is the only way ...

Try a health and wellness centre alternative naturopath or whatever they called , my local shop wanted 15 bucks for a shot I will eat eggs before I pay 15
