Ive used it in the past (ie ~2 years ago), if my memory serves 2000mcg/wk @ at 2 shots a week.
My goal is, of course, is appetite stimulation. Just wanna' make sure after a long time off. Got to love good 'ole Meso! Any old timers still here?

1000 a week is plenty bro....your body can't even use a tenth of that so anything more is surely an overkill but....shit won't hurt ya so you could do that ED if you wanted.

Yeah bro your right but B12 is the only water soluble vitamin that the body can store. It is also a methyl donor;It can give carbons to other molecules in the body so that they can become complete molecules for the body to use. This is why I decided to do EOD inj.

No you will not get "instant" energy.....some say it helps increase their appetite bro.Some use it to dilute their injections...others use it for........well I don't know...maybe cause they like the pain of injections I can tell that most people who lack the intrinsic factor to produce it only need to be supplemented once a month with 1000 .Yes our bodies can store to an extent but a normal functioning body would have these stores full it would seem.

I agree w/ SJ, it doesnt give me an that much energy, but I am hungry more often than I was w/out it.
