@QueenColossus03 if I may make a suggestion. Yes the simple answer is just get back to the gym. My suggestion is this. Pick the gym you are going to go to and just go and fuck around. No routines no logs. Just do what you enjoy in there. Don’t go crazy with anything and just try and take it easy. You won’t but try. After a few weeks make yourself or ask on here for some help and create a 3 day whole body program. If you can go more than 3 days than those days can be cardio or accessory training on some areas you would like to hit more. After a few months reevaluate and do something new or different or not. The most important thing is go have fun with it. Meet some people and enjoy yourself. The iron therapy is a wonderful thing.

So I just got back into this forum after almost 2 years of not doing anything & really want to go back to the gym. New mom & I feel gross, needing opinions on where I should start again .. as well as where to start :\ help please
Get your focus going on a plan for your training and food. Once you get into the routine, everything starts to fall into place!
Don't give up!
