Back Question for Rambo

I know you have back problems, my question is did you do any weight lifting to keep yourself in shape or were you not able to lift at all?

I just injured my back on Tuesday and can barely move. I went to the doctors and he thinks I pulled a muscle and I should be out 3 - 4 weeks. He's given me some painkillers. I just wanted to know if I will keep my size and strength during this time off or will I loose a lot?

This really sucks, I was starting week 4 of my first cycle, D-bol and Test Enan. Now I've decided to stop my cycle until I can workout again. Do you guys recommend I stay on cycle, maybe the Test would make it heal faster? Or should I quit and save it for when I'm better?

Also, if you can give me any suggestions for back pain I'd love to hear it.

once you're able there're alot of exercises you can do and it won't bother your back, mostly machines till your feeling better. just make sure your flat or sitting straight up to support you better. leg ex. chest presses and pec dec etc. just be carefull. depending on how bad you feel I might hold off on the cycle. but if you fell like only a few days then stay on.........11

bro I would cut the cycle short and take it as a lose, get better first, and dont do anything at all lay in bed and rest, but you do need to do very little streches, my problem was I think was I was just finishing up with cycle and blew my back I wanted to keep all the gaines on, so I keep going when I felt good I worked, dont do that, take it easy, I had a pinched nerve, that mad me not go to the bathroom for over a week. with that and the pain meds I was a bomb ready to blow, only use those meds when needed, drink plenty of water and try to keep the food intake plenty, good luck bro hope this helps!
 
watch what advice you take when you could have two totally different injuries. Laying around can be the worst thing to do in many cases. Same with not stretching

shit that was probably part of my problem, that damn first doc I had said lay in bed and rest that back,

I got the same advise from dumb ass Doctors. Lay around and get fat, which I did but my back felt just as bad, One of my best freinds and chiropractor was into BB told me to stay in the gym and that was the best advise I ever got. Now I didn't have a blown disk but I was pretty fuck up. I figured I'd rather be in shape and in pain than fat and in pain. If I can walk Im going to the gym............11
