Ordering raws, I'm gonna warn you, US customs is inspecting packs at a higher rate. Lets not pretend they aren't. As someone that orders raws frequently these small packs from china are very suspicious and they can draw attention. The stealth really isn't all that great, it takes ten seconds with a utility knife to see what you have, they put the spectrometer to it, it's AAS and you either get a letter or if you ordered a lot, possible controlled delivery or you go on a list. I'm on that list. At this point my raw orders are finished, after several years of good luck, every one of my packs gets pulled and either seized or inspected and sent anyway.
I'm not gonna spread FUD, if you just order raws one time and be done with it, then you'll have good luck I suspect, but don't get addicted to it, don't depend on the stealth to save your ass because it's not anything impressive. Ordering raws is a great way to save money, but if you get into legal trouble you just destroyed your life if you aren't self employed and lawyers charge $300/hr so what savings you have will be gone.
Money wise and hassle wise, I say find a good domestic source and enjoy your life without the hassle of messing with China. Even sources right now are complaining about packs getting through China. Reshippers are just about necessary to get anything with volume through our borders. And it's only gonna get worse come 2021 with the Stop Act.
