Got 4 packs of this Test E from a good source. He claims it is 100% real. What concerns me is that the pack and Testoviron Depot looks different from what I have seen on internet on official Pakistan e-pharmacy websites.

I doubt it too. Source is saying 100% authentic. I did also send an email to Bayer and also reported side effects through their portal (just to get an answer), so hope they will reply.

Bayer Pakistan Testosterone E, I cannot tell from pictures but I know it exists. Every time I have used it everything has gone well. Smooth shots and excellent results. Best of luck.

real or not, it looks very high quality. I have already had a lot of good experience with products made after. I would otherwise inject a small amount in the gluteus see how I tolerate it, whether it causes problems or not and then 2-3 days later go for it. but in the end it is your decision, or take an ampoule and let it be tested in an independent laboratory.
