We offer store credit of half of testing fee for Janoshik testing( Store credit can be used on your next order)

The min order of US domestic order is 100g, domestic shipping fee is 25$/kg+ 15$ domestic shipping fee.
We also have international direct shipping for worldwide.
International shipping start from 45$+
Guaranteed delivery to USA, UK, Mexico and most of Euro countries.
No shipping during weekend and public holiday.
No3: Reshipping and refund policy:
Reshipping policy:
If package stopped at customs or package is missing during tranportation, we offer once reshipment (Any orders !!! no matter International orders or USA domestic orders)
For below situation we don't offer reshipping:
First: If packages are lost or returned due to the fake address that provided by customer
we don't reship. So please make sure the delivery address that you will provide is 100% correct.
Second: If the package is ready to pick up at the post office and you don't want to go, for this situation we don't do reshipping also.
Third: If the delivery address is correct, tracking shows delivered, but you still claim that you didn't receive the package, we don't reship.
Refund policy:
First:
If the product that has quality problems or the purity of the raw materials is less than 94%, full refund will be made.
(When you asking for money refund, please send us Janoshik testing report instead of telling us you had bad personal usage feelings or it doesn't match your past experience/ expectation)
Second:
If we send wrong products or there is any products missing in ur order, refund will be made for the wrong products or the missing products.
