Hey everybody! Been a member for years but was always just lurking.
I’ve been on a major weight loss journey over the last 10 months, dropping over 100 lbs (started at 298 lbs). Now that I've leaned out, I'm shifting my focus more towards strength and hypertrophy. I train a 4-day split
Stats:
Was in shape years ago when I used to run cycles in college.
* Age: 34
* Height: 5'10"
* Current Weight: 190 lbs
* Starting Weight: 298 lbs
* Body Fat %: Unknown but currently probably around 20%
Lifts (Current Working Sets):
* Deadlift: 435 lbs x 4
* Leg Press: 900 lbs x 12
* Bench: 190 lbs x 6
* Squat: 225 lbs x 20 (Smith Machine) so don't really count
Cycle History:
* Current: 250 Test / 300 Tren E per week.
* Past cycles 250 test / 250 tren E per week
First cycle was just 400 test with dbol daily
Don't judge I was like 19 at the time.
Also love reading medical journals and finding shit doctors misdiagnosed on people
