Been Toying with the idea of a few different T3 Protocols

Sent this to a buddy of mine, but also thought it would be worth asking here:

Current cycle:
250mg test e/week
350mg tren ace/week
600mg mast/week

"Also want to get your input on the t3 schedule, been toying around with a few different protocols in my head:

**It's important to note that I workout in the morning, fasted. So I do have a somewhat large fasted period between sleeping, and then working out fasted, which makes me slightly worried about catabolism**

Protocol 1: 50MCG T3 before bed (thinking this might be the worst when it comes to potential catabolism with the large fasting window + fasted workout, but could also result in the largest fat decrease, assuming the tren/var is sparing my muscle)

Protocol 2: 25MCG T3 first thing in the AM before my workout ; 25MCG T3 post workout with a meal

Protocol 3: 50MCG T3 first thing in the AM before my workout

Like i mentioned I'll probably bump the tren to 75mg ed when I start the T3 to minimalize catabolism as much as possible. I also have extra anavar I can throw in (doing 50mg ed currently), but thinking of bumping the anavar to 100mg for 4 weeks or so when the T3 is introduced"

Other notes: Only going to be running the t3 for 6 weeks

Why do you workout fasted? I imagine you'd see all of your lifts go up if you ate a meal an hour or so beforehand
It's just the way I've always done it (the fasted workouts) for about 12 years now. I feel it burns through blood glucose much more efficiently. I also do intermittent fasting for the added benefits it provides to lowering insulin resistance. I don't notice any major falloffs in my training, every session is usually very intense, but again I'm used to it.

seems protocol 3 would be best
2 or 3 look a lot better than one. T3 will give you an energy boost so before bed could cause sleep issues. It should peak 4-6 hours after dosing, so in theory splitting it into two doses would be optimal but I personally take 50mics in the morning and have seen great results that way. Final opinion: 2 or 3 are great options, don’t take before bed.

appreciate the input mate. Probably going to go with option 3. Have had 2 people recommend that now

Is this a blast, cut or bulk? Sorry if missed on the reading.

In my little readings and knowledge, i dont think I've heard of anyone running t3 with out gh.

I think I've read t3 gh and clen has great synergy.

Its a blast/cut for an event I have coming up at the end of May.

And yeah the synergy between those 3 is great, although i avoid stimulants in general, such as caffeine (and clen). Spikes my CNS too much. I'll probably introduce GH after this cut, and into my next bulk, but I'll probably cut the t3 for the bulk. Really only using it to amplify the last 6 weeks of the cut

If you are not hypothyroid I advise against T3 use. This is coming from someone who takes pharma T3 for hypothyroidism. Of course bodybuilders will do whatever they want but the purpose of this board is risk mitigation.

PSA: don't see option 4 on here.

I just take my t3 with my t4 all at once in am when I get up to pee so anywhere from 1-4am. I just fall back asleep and the t3 doesn't make me wake up any earlier or affect my sleep.

The only concern I would have with taking t3 mid day is there's lots of things that affect it's absorption particularly minerals so id be worried about full absorption of your second dose. It's not as sensitive as T4 but still can be problematic.

If you're worried about catabolism I would really consider at least a casein shake in the AM before training instead of adding more tren

You do you, but if you ate like normal and supplemented berberine or similar, you would have the same desired lower BG levels, be able to train harder and move more weight, and not be risking as much catabolism. Is the IF really that important if you need to up the tren to try and fend off catabolism when you do something as simple as changing eating habits? Could try clen and just keep dose low, not sure what your experiences are with it as you did mention not wanting to use, it should help fight catabolism

Ended up just dropping the T3. Didn't like what it was doing to my resting heart rate, plus I think I just got overzealous with the idea of "what else can i add to make the cut better". Just going to let the diet and training do the work, rather than adding in thyroid hormone just for the sake of adding it

Lethargy after stopping the T3 was annoying for like a day or two, then bounced back to normal. Doubt I suppresed my natural production much, only ran it like 2-3 days.

This is the way.
Probably just me but t3 makes me as hungryAF find cutting on it impossible.

Unless you're competing, "cutting" means appetite suppressants. Right?

I'm talking about people with visible excess body fat (not ripped ab veins). Seems a job more suited for GLP1's than T3/clen/DNP.
