Hi guys i been reading on this forum for a few months and finally decided to join!! I want to know your guys opinion on the best routine to increase your Deadlift,squat,bench. I tested out my max for each of these last week and here are the results
Deadlift 495 lbs.
Bench 315 lbs.
squat 405 lbs.
For my training routine goes like this
Mon- Back,Biceps , calf Heavy (3-10 reps)
Tuesday- Chest, Triceps Heavy (3-10 reps)
Wen - Legs
Thursday Back,Biceps (Relatively light 10-15 reps with a burnout on last set of each exercise )
Friday- Chest, Triceps (Relatively light 10-15 reps with a burnout on last set of each exercise )
I try a new personal best every 4 weeks and on my heavy days i lift about 80-90% of my max
This workout routine has been working great for me for the last 4 months or so, went up a plate on each exercise but it might have just been a mental thing since i never truly attempted my Max before that.
If anybody has any pointers or issues with my workout routine let me know would definitely appreciate the help/criticism to improve on my lifts
