Hey everyone,

I've made a few posts here since I made my handle, and realized I completely forgot to properly introduce myself to the community- so hello!

I'm excited to have found this board and the wealth of knowledge that the members have imparted onto it. I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to reading up on things I enjoy, and bodybuilding's no exception. There's always something to learn. Looking forward to being a part of the community with you guys.

TL;DR- sup

Welcome. Traning and any cycle history?

No cycle history. Still researching a bit more before I begin my first. I've actually only been training seriously for about a year. I've played sports for as long as I can remember, and spent gym time in the past mostly aimless.

I'm feeling very solid in my training. I've been running 5/3/1 BBB whilst on a cut the past two months, preparing for my cycle. I'm going to keep it going until I begin, at which point I'm going to run PHAT and bulk during my 1st cycle. Definitely excited to start PHAT, I've always enjoy more volume, and honestly 5/3/1 has been boring the shit out of me, lol.

Nice. PHAT looks good. I like high volume.

5/3/1 looks...boring lol. I think the frequency is probably too low for natural guys anyway...seems to be more ideal for enhanced lifters from what I've seen.

Yeah, that's kind of how I feel. Idk, I may give it another go in the future on a bulk. I know that cutting is taking away a lot of the benefit of that type of program (or any other, for that matter!). I enjoyed the book wendler wrote on it, and appreciate his mindset. It's just a little different from mine.

That said, I may incorporate the 5/3/1 set up on my power days during PHAT
