Has anyone had any experience with this? Beligas pharmaceuticals isotretinoin (accutane) it is powder form in a tablet not gel sealed so potency is probably lower than pharma, but just wanna know if anyone has had any experience with this?

He's correct.

Use pharma grade. Isotretinoin is supposed to be suspended in vegetable oil gelcaps.

The problem with the UGL dry tabs is rapid degradation in that form means you don't really know what dose you're getting, and the compounds it breaks down into haven't been studied for toxicity.

Also, make a plan that breaks doses into 2 a day and don't wing it.

If your acne isn't extremely severe and existed before steroids, there's a lot of evidence a low dose regimen of 20mg (10mgx2) / day until the acne clears then an additional 2 months is enough for most people to never have a relapse, for a total of 4-6 months. This dose also avoids the nastiest sides of the usual .5 - 1mg / kg daily dose.

Also must be taken with a high fat (50% or more calories from fat) meal. Absorption is only 30% if taken on an empty stomach.

Don't take antibiotics while using it, can cause brain swelling that damages your vision.
