Don't you love it when pro athletes use steroids for yours to become the best but the moment they are caught they instantly turn anti-steroid? I just finished an article about Charlie Francis. He was best known as Ben Johnson’s coach up until the 1998 Seoul Olympics. Francis got caught promoting steroids to his athletes but he refused to apologize and repent. Instead, he chose to tell the truth: steroid use was still pervasive and practically a requirement at the top. To have told athletes differently would have been a lie.

Good for him. He never whored himself out. No one ever died or was hurt directly from Johnson or any other athletes use of steroids.

So the Jamaican sprinters are faster than Johnson ever was yet they're natural. I have a wall in China to sell people that believe that. HGH, short esters, and good timing dominate nowadays.

The bigger issue is making these people who have feet of clay in so many aspects of their personal lives into heroes. Obviously you're a hero if you win some award or competition makes you a god versus someone making a real difference in peoples lives.

Yes, but you must be referring to Carl Lewis and ephedrine/PPA. Johnson admitted using steroids. (Although he did deny using the steroid he got caught with at Seoul.)
