hey all i been working out on and off for 15 years,And ever since i got married and had a kid i can't get back in the gym.Its been a good 2 years.Im ready to get back in the gym full time.M stats 31yrs. 6.ft 175lbs. i'm a natural thin guy regardless of what i eat.What the problem is if i don't do bench ever other day i start to lose on it and feel weak.
but i can't get past 300lbs.I'm i overtraining chest ?It does not feel like it
but is that what is keeping me from getting any higher?I'm just lost and so skinny its hard to stay in the gym these days.Don't what to use any aas until i can get some weight on this frame..any help from you pros will be appreciated
