I havent done much bb bench lately. All db for the last 6mo. or so. I would be interested in hearing about some programs, that some of you expeienced guy's have tried, to up the bench. When I last benched I was stuck at 405 for quite a while,so I started doing db press. I can push 200lb db up, but now I'm stuck there to. I would like to go to the next level.

Where in the hell do you have 200lb. DB's?? ALso, you are stuck there? I don't get it, those should be more than enough for a BB'er..
