Anyone else seen this Asian dude on YT? Like fuck I'm 225 and struggling to hit 315 lol :p All I can say is WOW!

His bench is super impressive and i couldnt bench 405, his body was made to be strong but this guy is risking a lot, one wrong move or one time letting the barbell too fast down, his whole chest will tear appart.
Anyways, he should compete because his stats are top tier class, 2,5 times his bodyweigh is insane, for me it would be 265kg :o this is just insane man this guy could be a rival for larrywheels if he hops on juice and gets a decent coach

Yah I don't understand how the guy has such strength? And he's not just doing one rep either lol. He's doing reps with 315 and his arms are half the size as mine. Just shows the difference between powerlifting and bodybuilding.

The medical experts say strength is mostly bone and tendon placement , tendon size/radius and where your tendons are aligned for the best leverage . Same with arm wrestling ....how many of us have gotten beat by some skinny guy with 14" biceps but his wrist/forearms are like a 2x4 .

he doesnt look like a power lifter so whats the point of "moving" that much weight. can make a lot less feel heavy and get better gains without injury.
