Benefits of adding Anavar to a Test and Primo cycle

I'm currently running 300 Test 400 Primo. 6' 2" 199lbs as of this morning. Eating about 3k calories and 250 a day protein a day. I'm kind of doing a lean bulk/main gain.

I'm seeing progress I have a 4 pack at this point my arms have gotten bigger, and my back and shoulders are filling out. My legs are already plenty strong from my hobbies.

My workouts consist of Crossfit 2-3 days a week and Hypertrophy workouts twice a week. Big bike rides on the weekend and 10k steps a day.

I do have a coach programing my diet.

I'm kind of curious about adding some Anavar, I have some laying around and was wondering if there would be any benefit and if so would could I expect to see running Anavar on this cycle for 8-12weeks?

If you do CrossFit and bike rides… I caution you against Anavar. The pumps on var are insane, and would likely be a hindrance. Check out low dose T-Bol. Would compliment the primo nicely as well.

Good call. Thnak you!
I've already had issues with forearm pump on my dirtbike. If it makes that worse I would be miserable.
OK, cool I will look into that.

In short yes I have been slowly. I'm trying not to get fat again so adding calories back kind of slow. I've put on 12lbs of muscle from September to December according to in body scan at the gym and lost 1% body fat.

Right now I honestly eat until I'm uncomfortable every day just to hit my numbers. But it's all really clean, egg whites, chicken, 93% lean ground beef, rice, fruit, Greek yogurt. And protein shakes. And a little more but you get the point.

If I could stomach more I would try but right now it's a struggle for 3k for me.

I was wondering about this very thing with my snowmobile. Worried about anything past my TRT might result in bad pumps on my throttle arm...

In the past I was not growing with 5k-6k calls. From the time I started doing a more active lifestyle start doing GH I grow on a lot less calories an lean! I’m taking about 4k cals
5iu GH active lifestyle clean eating mostly.

And I’m a lot bigger than the OP.
I can’t decide why my body did that ??
It’s the GH ? The Cardio ?
Maybe body chemistry change ?
All I know is I’m growing on less calories than I used to and I’m a lot bigger than I used too.

OP don’t add orals if you’re living an active lifestyle like me you’ll most likely regret it.
Only orals I can think that you can somewhat fit in is either low dose tbol or low dose winstrol. Also OP nandrolone helps tremendously my active lifestyle

Var is great for cutting and lean gains but man the calf pumps cripple me to the point it effects my daily life and work lol. Var also needs to be ran at longer times to really enjoy or see the benefits. Personally if you cross fit bike run etc Tbol could add some lean muscle and avoid the crazy pumps

Thanks a million guys.
You talked me put of jumping on Var. I will stay the course with Test and Primo a bit longer and as I get closer to summer make the call on possibly Tbol and/or Winny for a summer cut

Are you growing on only 3k calories. A guy your size with that activity level you could probably up those calories
That is what I was thinking.

I am only 5'8" and weight over 201lbs. I need at least 3300 calories a day to not lose weight. I need well over 3500 to lean bulk and i dont do crossfit.

If you want to lean bulk, cut out the crossfit and bike rides or eat WAY MORE calories. Your diet is not well planned and i never seen anyone get big doing crossfit (if somebody wants to correct me with a unicorn).

I'm not trying to get big.
Big and biking don't go well together. But I do have some loose skin from being fat for the last 6 years. It's not much so I am hoping to add some mass to my arms, shoulders and back to help tighten that up.

But in short I did go up 12lbs of muscle in 3 months.

From a strength stand point I want to be able to do muscle ups and hand stand push ups.

I'm shooting to be functionaly strong to have killer cardio to help drag my 200lb dirt bike over piles of rocks. So I don't want to add a bunch of body weight to that as well.

So ya, I'm definitely trying to eat more but that's tough for me right now. I was thinking Var to help me lean out and get a bit more cut for summer. But I do have a few months to worry about that.

You could try some very low dose tren starting at like 10mg a day / 70mg a week it would definitely be your best bet for tightening up. Can titrate up slowly if needed to find the sweet spot for best results with least sides

Tren has a negative effects on cardio, which it sounds like by OPs post is something he values with the crossfit and long bike rides. Definitely don't think tren is the solution that OP is looking for.

Low dose doesn’t affect cardio much as you would think. Tren sides are generally when people are taking too much

I've run tren many times at various dosages, and it absolutely does affect your cardio, even at low dosages, but yes-- the side effects are definitely more pronounced at higher dosages, sure. Ontop of the cardiovascular side effects, it really messes with your bloodwork, and has physical as well as potential psychological side effects, not to mention the potential need for caber to counter the 19-nor effects if your E2 and prolactin get too high and you start lactating.

I could understand the reccomendation if OP was going to step on stage, or made a living off their physique, but seeing that OP is heavily focused on cardio, and is unsure if they even want to run anavar because they're worried about the pumps, I don't think reccomending the strongest and harshest steroid (even in low dosages) really makes sense. Tren is great is many regards, but I don't think it should be reccomended to everyone. Some people might end up doing more harm than good taking it, especially if they haven't done the research on it
