Sometimes I experiment with berberine often using 1.44g to 2.88g of berberine with about 2000 calories of carbs.
Literally everytime I use berberine my strength in the gym significantly goes up?
I feel slimmer gouging down carbs with berberine than I do without it.
I do my cardio everyday, so my insulin resistance is already really good. My fasting glucose is 79ng/dl or whatever reading that says the normal range is 70 to 100.
I wonder if pairing berberine with 4IU of HGH would do wonders.
