Best BCAA ratio?

I agree with doc IF your diet is dialed in. If you are eating correctly you will get all the amino acids you need from your food, plus whatever protein supplements you take if you use them.
If you do decide to buy BCAAs though, 2:1:1 ratio will be the best. Higher ratios are just marketing schemes to jack up the price or beat other brands , but 2:1:1 will be the best. Recommended to drink them around your workout time, before/during/after
 
I take BCAA's its cheap and effective. I think its good before and after training. Try ON brand seems to work well. You don't need it. But, if you can't put down a meal right after or even a shake this will hold you over
