Ok my fellow juiceheads.I al;ready know that creatine and protein isnt going to turn me into Coleman or anything but when your not on gear or just coming off supps are important.And creatine has been proven again and again to help with gains in size strenght,ect.So just wondering if anyones tried TRAC,VITARGO hgl or CEX???Anyone???I usually use cell-tech but with all these new esterfied creatines coming out Im just wondering whats up with them..
