If you mean quality by it tastes purdy good and my farts aren't 100% mustard gas and my stomach doesn't churn then ya it's quality stuff. If you mean quality by it has some sort of fancy new way to deliver the protien to you then no it's a regular protein powder with good taste, basically a meat and potatoes guy protien

Yes i do 70% egg white and 30% beef isolate

I got an email from them a few weeks ago....they now have coffee protein lol.

A piece of advice for you. first think of the mix you want. then the flavor. order the smallest amout possible of mixes and flavor combinations. you may spend a little cash finding exactly what you want.

Yeah I am scared of spending a lot and not liking the flavour so thats something I'd like to do. Maybe email and ask for a big sample pack of every flavour.

Man true nutrition has a lot of flavors. flavor for us was easy. consistency of shake a bit more trying. some of the powders can be grutty, like the grass fed beef iso. very gritty and not too soluble. so i ended up at 70/30 and its perfrct for my wife and i
