With this lockdown I can’t do much in the way of smashing strength goals so I’ve taken up running. Starting with a sub 20 min 5k goal. Eventually moving up to a 10k time.
Most 5 & 10k programs are 40 miles per week on the low end and can be upwards of 100 miles on the high end.
What would be good to run to help by body take this beating as I move up in weekly mileage?
Obviously enhanced recovery is the top priority with endurance secondary.
Currently on just 150mg test e, would 250mg be better? Or would the increase water weight hurt me too much?
Not willing to use EPO, slin or waste money on hgh when this is just recreational.
Most pros use low dose test prop, hgh and slin, but they also get tested so they are more limited in choice.
