Best Diet for TEST only cycle

need advice...Best Diet for TEST only cycle????

WHat is the best diet for a 400-500mg/week test only cycle for a first-timer. College student so trying to figure out whats good to eat around here. Trying to get big but not puffy big. Trying to look chiseled as well. What should i avoid? Been eating alot of tuna salad but wonder about the mayo?? can anyone help me out?

Regardless of steroid usage, eat 1 to 1.5 gram(s) of protein per pound of body weight every day. Eat 40-65 grams of healthy fats per day. The rest of your calories can come from healthy carbs. Without knowing your stats (height, weight, age, training exp., current training schedule, level of activity) know one will really be able to help you further with your diet.

take a mulivitamin 9such as Centrum Silver), and 200mg of Selenium, every day.

Dramaticly reduces cancer risk ( by about half)

If you're serious about training and results you need to get educated about lifting, eating, and a healthy lifestyle. Otherwise you're just playing around with hormones and weights...you may see quick results from the juice, but you won't keep any gains long term. If you don't know what you're doing you'll just end up wasting money and time; not to mention the potentially long term health risks to your body from doing things wrong, and the fact that steroids are illegal and you face the risk of serious legal implications from buying, using, and possessing steroids.

I would take the time to do some research and study before I started off on something like a steroid cycle.
