best diet?

what would benefit me the most out of all the different types of diets out threre? I have been lifting/training for about 5 years but still need to gain much needed information out there. Im 5'11 185lbs 9%bf. I want to drop to the 6-7% range, so what would it take to keep as much muscle mass as possible? I have been currently taking in 245.5g protein, 150.5g carbs , 47g fat, at just under 2000 calories. On days of training (mma) I do fuck loads of cardio, and the other days i jog about 2 miles a day. My trainin split is sun-legs, mon-chest, tues- back, wend-off, thurs-shoulders,fri- arms, sat-off. Please critique and help me in any situation possible.
