Best meal prep services?

Any meal prep services you guys recommend. I tried megafit meals and they were actually pretty good. Was looking at nutrition solutions but not entirely sure, have heard mixed reviews. Any you guys suggest?

Trifecta is absolute trash, don't ever try it. Their steak tastes like shoe leather and the chicken like rubber.

I did try that one. Thought megafit was way better.

My ex, absolute legend used to do all my meal preps!

What I do now though is set aside 1 day per month and cook 30 days worth of meals. Then portion them out and put into vacuum seal bags, then freeze. Bought a upright freezer for it.

Pull what I need out the night before, allow to defrost, then in the morning, dump into glass dish, microwave and into a meal thermos. Warm meals the entire day ready to go.

Saved a fortune doing it this way.
