best or worst training moment

My one and only bad moment besides injuries occured on a treadmill in college. My lifting buddy and I were running on the treadmills when a couple of hot chics walked by. I went to look at my buddy to make sure he saw them and I fucking mis-stepped off the treadmill and bit it big time. LMFAO. Never got hurt at all. A lil scrape is all i got. Made a loud bang and drew some attention. I dont think the girls saw me do it though. Pretty embarrassing at the time

whats everybodys best and worst moment/ memory training

Worst-- After doing some heavy benching I was doing some reps at 225 when my shoulders both ripped, it sounded like velcro ripping. and week later I tore my bicep picking up a dumbell. :(

Best-- Back in 89 or 90 I was working out at powerhouse gym, The tv show American Muscle on ESPN was there to do a show on Vince Comerford. Anyway I got to do a 15sec clip while doing dumpbell presses which aired on the show. Plus I got to know Vince, I ran into him a few times around town at some night clubs and we'd always talk about that day.......11:)

by far the worst training experience, a few years back - it was a saturday, my gym @ home was closed, so i drove the whole 30 miles to my work gym to get the cardio in...

i get there and realize that i forgot my shoes, damn it all i had were the adidas sandals i walked in with...i'd be damned to drive 30 miles back home so i ran my 4 miles barefoot. the blisters only took a few days to heal lol!

doing step ups a few years back, stepping down off the step i landed wrong, rolled my ankle and fell on my side with 190lbs on my back. My spotter couldnt catch me either, too much weight for him to catch. I was pretty messed up after it all, i have the scars to prove it. and my ankle has never been the same

I had 540 on the legpress and when i was done i started taking the weights off one side(45 plate after 45)until the machine tipped over and the weights fell off the other side. That wasn't too bad because only 1 person and the female owner was in the gym. They should have had the damn machine bolted to the floor. I know everyone had to have dropped weights off the bar when benching before. If you never use plate locks, you know what i mean. 1st the weights start sliding toward the end of one side of the bar, then one weight at a time starts to hit the floor until all or most fall off, then WOOOPOW! the bar switches directions and the weights come crashing off the other side. Yup,i've done it and in a very crowded gym, too. the sound... CLINK....CLINK.....CLINK....CLINKCLINKCLINK

The best moment was when i first got 315 on my bench.

Worst was when i had a chace to bang a chic that worked at the gym and didnt  .

best day- anytime i hit a pr or i notice a gain in strenght... or even better, someone else notices for me... worst day- any day i dont hit a pr or someone doesnt notice a gain in strength or size in me.......... lol

not really bad, but really embarrasing.

First time I ever did incline bench. I was so used to flat bench so when I picked up the bar I did it just like I was on a flat bench and the barbell just came straight forward and landed in my lap... but it was pretty damn funny thinking about it later.

lmao now that is funny

My best moment was a little unusual. I went to the Final Four a few years back and we went out the first night to a few clubs and I got totally hammered. I went back to the hotel, slept all of two hours, and decided to hit the local gym. All I can figure is my adrenalin must still have been pumping because I put up 10 reps at 375 on the bench like nothing when my previous best was around 5 reps. I remember looking at the weights thinking I must have 35's on instead of 45's but the whole workout I was freaky strong (for me anyway). Very bizzare and not since duplicated.

Best - Deadlifting in the gym wher ei lig=fted before i opened my own place. Pure ego massage.

Worst - Ripping the ass out a pair of baggies while squatting, leaving my balls swinging in the wind in a crowded public gym....nice.

best and worst

Best moment training: 1st 315lb bench!! (10yrs. ago)
Best non training moment in gym: Was working at a powerhouse as trainer and sales, no one in gym except my liftin buddies, when in walks this super hot chick from France ( no shit! ). All my buds were watching me give her tour of the place. 10 minutes later I locked the door to my office, banged the shit outa her on my desk, and left the blinds open so all my friends could watch. ( she couldn'd see them!!!!!) LMFAO
Worst moment: Tearing left front delt on a drop set after heavy benching.
3yrs later I still can't flat bench heavy. ( god punished me for french chick!! LOL)
Lets hear more stories,
graybass

best and worst

worst: I was doing squats on a sat morning around 9am. You guys know how packed a gym can be on sat morn. Anyway, I was doin smith squats. I had the bar way too low on my traps and a loose shirt on and the bar slipped too low and I let go...the whole gym turned! there was like 315 on the bar and it bottomed out...very loud. I felt 2feet tall..

haha gavin that is funny. Did you finish your set?

worst

funniest:
pinned under the leg press with a full house:

worst:Yes this is the truth
In the middle of a heavy deadlift hearing a loud crack(like a loud knuckle crack) feeling intense shooting pain through my back then on my back unable to move. Had to be carted out of there via $100 rescue squad ride. Got to ER and could not even roll over X-ray then, they had to hit me up with Demerol iv. in order for me to walk out under my own power. After all that drama nothing was broken just a herniated disk.
Back to the same gym training after 5 weeks(no more deads for a while).
Got Superstitious about that gym after reinjuring it doing deads in the same spot= Found new gym& quit deadlifting.

Always hated that gym anyhow cause there was this freak kid who thought he was Michael Jackson dancing in front of the mirror all the time. Should have hit em with a dumbell before i left....
