Best practice for BPC-157 for a tendon injury?

From my research I have found that most people seem to recommend doing sub-q with bpc-157 as close to the injury site as possible in either fat or muscle. I've seen several people recommend twice a day on an empty stomach (morning and before bed) at around 250mg. Other say 400mg once daily and an empty stomach doesn't matter. A doctor I spoke to about it said to do 500mg once every 2 days. Is there anyone here with experience in healing a tendon with BPC-157 and can share their dosage routine and experience? I am confused on how to does it. I specifically have had several tears in my medial elbow tendon over the last 3 years with lots of physio. I've tried various things like shockwave therapy and cortisone shots without much success. I have chronic pain no matter what I do, even when I take a break..

I have a similar injury to my right elbow, everything for me seemed to come from the bicep tendon though. I also tried bpc 2 separate times to no avail. I still have chronic issues with my elbow. I'm not saying to not try it but I wouldn't expect a miracle. All that happened for me was depression and anxiety from it and my elbow had zero change.

What source did you use? Are you sure it wasn't expired? My elbow tendon injury is more wrist flexor related. I get pain pushing/pulling with my fingers and on pronation. I think it mostly comes from training for the muscle up. Doing high force pulling with an overhand grip can cause the issue for many people and this is where it started for me. Pull up's aren't that stressful to the bicep because it's a compound movement so I don't think my bicep is the issue... Sorry to hear you had no results.. How did you take it?

I did 250mcg 2 times a day, once in the morning and again before or after my lift (I usually lift fairly late so before bed.) I bought it from reputable source on here, I don't want to say who because I don't want them to be blamed for a bad product which I don't believe is the case. My issue effects anything that flexes the arm in general, my bicep tendon is extremely tight and I have lost range of motion in that arm from it. Any type of curl, tricep work, benching, and face pulls just to name a few have completely shut my arm down. Throwing motions is a no go as well. The medical system has been a headache, and I have been unsuccessful in getting an MRI to fully detail the issue. I'm kind of pissing in the dark with my arm but scraping the bicep tendon/muscle, as well as my tricep has helped loosen things up recently.

I take 1 vial of 5 milligrams over the course of two days split into multiple injections into various areas IM and have for years for general purposes. If you want results you need to take a lot and take it for awhile.
More acute:
I suggest taking 1MG per injection into the elbow area twice per day for a minimum of month while resting it as much as possible.

Also food or time of day etc makes no difference

I’ve had nearly 20 surgeries as an athlete during my career(retired)

Using it for an extended amount of time I found myself quite depressed and anxious. I had to stop I didn't even finish my last vial because of it.

I'm already depressed and anxious so it will probably make no difference to me lol. I'm sorry it had that affect on you though. I have heard it can cause anhedonia but only while you're on it and possibly for a month or two after so it's not a significant risk for me...

It's already passed at this point but was fairly brutal for me as a person who also is already depressed and anxious. I literally stopped smoking weed because of it.

Why did you stop smoking weed though? They generally prescribe that for anxiety and depression so it should help, right? Are you back to smoking now?

sorry to hear that. Like I said I’ve been taking a ton of it for 4 years straight and never had any problems. I may have become dependent though lol

Atleast it's not super expensive compared to some of the gear.lol
It can be expensive if you don't have a good source though.. The cheapest I can find it locally without test results but from a fairly reputable source is $70 aud per 5mg vial whereas importing from china it's $170 aud for 10x 5mg vials. 700 versus 170 for 50mg is a big difference..

That's actually pretty insane, however I have no local sources and the doctors around here aren't keen on it at all so I have zero comparison outside of internet sources.

That's actually a grey market source too. If I was to go through legitimate compound pharmacies in Australia. I would have to get a script (doctors visit $60-$100) and then pay at least $400 to get a 10mg course which would make it over $2000 for 50mg.. Prices get insane for everything in Australia :(
