Best supplements for 1st Cycle?

Hi,

I am just about to undertake an 8 week D-bol and Anavar cycle and want to do everything right. What are the best protien supplements to take for best effect? Should I go for Whey Protiens or some form of protien/carb mix?

Also, what other supplements would you suggest for both during and after cycle?


(I currently use USN's Fuel Dynamic Protien supplement (53g Protien), Creatine, L-Glut.,Tribulis and ZMA, but for the cycle I am going to cut all apart from the protien and keep the rest for PCT)

Any advice is appreciated.

Testosterone cypionate or enanthate.
400mg is a good starting dose, I saw excellant results from that.
 
I prefer the high protein low carb shakes from breakfast to afternoon,I have found that a higher carb preworkout booster is great for workout intensity.After cycle supplements,there is a broad aray. I think {I have got myself} anticatabolics ,I have "VAULT" & "BOLT" by SAN,BOLT is a mixture of HMB & Creatine,Vault is a cell volumiser.Some people say stimulants are the way to go,as they have a minimising effect on Cortisone which apparently runs amok after cycle.......
 
8 weeks is way to long on dbol ..

you need to eat real food lean meats

and really do some research on a good cycle

that cycle is garbage
 
why would you do D-bol and Var together? Keep the d-bol for your bulking cycles and Var for cutting.
Dont forget, you need Test in all of your cycles too. Test cyp or Test enanth. IMO, tribulus is garbage. Use clomid or nolvadex instead.
