Best time to take anavar ?

I am taking 60mg/day of IP Anavar. When is the best time to take it, should I split it up into 2-3 dosages, or just once in the morning. I have read plenty of different opinions. My goal is to get as much strength out of them as possible. Any help is appreciated.

Three times a day would be fine. Roughly 8am, 2pm, 8pm.

Is that all you're taking?

It's all I'm taking, but all that I'm looking for is a strength boost with little to no weight gain, do you think I'll notice a difference with just the var ?

You will notice strength gain with a high-enough dose, but really, Halo would be much better-suited for you goals, if you can handle the sides (anger, blood pressure, etc).

been using 10mg 'var a day as docs say. results are subtle but definately there

oh, and my hair fell out like crazy. could be coinsidance
