Best TIme to Take Inj.???????

Hey,
what is the best time to take inj.Eve, Morning, MId day. I am starting a EQ and Then Mid Cycle go 5 wks Winnie,YES I AM NOT DOING ANY TEST.I just want some feedback on those who take it at different times

I do mine in the morning right after my shower. This way everything is clean and I'll get the oil moving around just by doing my everyday activities throughout the day.

It doesn't matter, everyone has their own preferences. I like to take mine before my workout so that i work the muscle that i injected into, therefore decrease soreness and hopefully dissapating the oil better

(If I was doing Big Dudes cycle this would be nessesary) Got to find that post again. LOL

I always shoot right before im about to work out and then i can work it into the muscel and when i get home take a nice hot shower and work the hot water in the injection area...Trust me no matter what spend a lot of time working it into the muscle...you'll be sorry like i was once when i didn't...good luck

i do it right before i go to bed, best time for me since i can get a few minutes to myself. since this is the least favorable for oil movement i use a back massager for about 10 minutes right before going to bed and right when i get up.

Why inject at all if you are not doing any test???? Better do some more reading..... The test should be the base of any cycle......

I agree...But i usually shoot consistantly @ noon with the deca...Not a moment before...But the moon was juuuuust rigth everytime so far..so who knows

Very important to stick to this program to the second. I know a guy that thought his clock was set properly....well, guess what? Short answer..it wasn't. We will not even talk about what happened to him!

That is another stupid question though. Injection time depends on your life schedule which we do not know.
