Best training for weight loss?

Good advice from the fellas here. @hurricane i know for me and my wife diet is the hardest part. Like @LeoTC said - get used to eating bland, boring food and meal prepping. We’ve both lost 7 pounds each in 4 days by changing our diet and changing our workout routine. Good luck brother.

It's hard because jess survives on salad and chocolate. The woman doesn't eat meals and she's 3 years older. But she runs 6-8 miles every morning.
So i cook for myself and the kids.
Like i had said with me it's controlling my portions. It got way out of control.
But I'm feeling better and looking better.
I'll get there.

Try eating lots of smaller meals, if portion control hard. Will kind of trick you into being “full”

It will get easier. As you eat less you get used to it, and eating a bunch of food becomes hard

Also, feel free to chomp down on veggies! When I initially most my weight , I was tons of brocolli

Not to mention the multiple meals fires up the metabolism.
 
When I lost the majority of my weight it was pretty simple if I stuck to certain rules this worked great for me I lost 100+ pounds hormone an drug free

1-water only no juice or soda
2-1 hour walk in the am 1 hour walk in the pm if possible 45 min elliptical bike when I could manage time wise
3-low to no carbs a few hours before bed(huge diff for me)
4-consistency day in an day out within 90 days u will see a huge difference but it takes time to do it naturally an safe as possible

Diet is more important than exercise to lose weight. Don't get me wrong, exercise is important. But right now diet is key. Portion control is extremely important.
