whats the best way to split up dbol doses?
im taking 30mg ed.
10 in morn and then 5 every 3-4 hours. is this OK or is there a better method?

Yep. Just divide the dose up as evenly as possible. That way you keep a regulated intake of it.

i just do 10mg in the morning 10 after work and 10 before bed if i am doing 30mg

why only 30mgs? I do 15mgs morning, mid-day and night no more than 4 weeks to kick start my cycle. Bj

That looks pretty good. Should help keep the blood levels as even as possible.
