Better endurance performance?

Yeah,everyone can race an half ironman, but a thing is the age grouper that is ok on just finishing another thing is training to perform well give us at least a training time!
Oh totally sorry. No just training because i enjoy training. Absolutely not looking for top perf. Same with lifting, i enjoy being "strong". But not at a powerlifter level

Yeah u could give a try on these mitochondria enhancing peptides,the difference should be less marginal but who knows

I've been following some of your posts on here about AAS for endurance sports, and you seem pretty knowledgeable. Have you come across any real-world examples or anecdotes of endurance athletes (like cyclists or runners) running an Anavar-only cycle successfully?

My thinking is based on Anavar's rep for low sides, potential to boost hemoglobin/oxygen carrying capacity, and minimal weight gain or water retention—definitely don't want to pack on much muscle mass that could hurt my power-to-weight ratio. Just curious if you've seen evidence of this at moderate doses (say 20mg/day) for 6 weeks, and how it could play out for performance/recovery without tanking natural test or causing other issues. EPO obviously the gold standard but is just too expensive and difficult to source.

Talking seriously dont do anavar alone u need to run it with test
Could work ofc strenght should go up and ur gonna have a better recovery but honestly i think that peds are the cherry on top after training a lot(mainly because ur gonna suppress hormones with big training loads and damage recovery and when training 20+h with intensity its the last thing u want to happen
The only free gain is epo (and even there we could argue abt) but its just dumb to use it if didnt maximized every other thing, including iron stores

Also people with knowledge in endurance sports are other guys researchers coaches ecc
