Thanks guys for your informative posts on Anti -E's. I have never had a problem with Gyno, so I stopped preparing for the worst by not having anti-e's in stock. Well needless to say the one time I didn't prepare I started getting gyno symptons. It was thanks to your informative advice about Vitex as well as B-6 that has really saved me until my order gets in. I'll tell you that I took one super dose of the b-6 (600mg) and while I did get a pretty bad headache by the following morning my symptons subsided slightly. After taking both steadily for 4 days now my problems have damn near dissappeared.
