It´s Friday, a perfect day to post our proper introduction here.
After being in the market for 6 years, two years ago we had decided to sell locally in couple of countries in the EU and now, due to COVID situation, we had decided to create our site and to use our experience to sell worldwide. This way you will be able to avoid an intermediate source and buy straight from us.
You all may know that packages you buy in most of the sources are being dropshipped by a third company (AKA we). I’m sure most of your order are being splitted in several packages depending on the brand your ordered and most of the times you were forced to pay extra shipping fees for that.
We had added to our worldwide shop (BiggestAmigos) brands that are located in our top storages, those that never had any seized or lost package so we can assure your package will arrive to you without any issue. However, we are offering reshipping policy and will resend your order without any explanation needed, we will just need the copy of the seizure letter. All the packages will be shipped using trackable service. In some States it may require signature upon delivery. It was never an issue, but if you prefer us to send your packages using regular shipping, please, write a comment in your order so we won’t add this service when dispatching your package. Please, notice shipping fees won’t be different in any case.
Once the package is shipped, it may arrive to any country in the EU in around 8 days, to the US in around 14 days and to the APO and the rest of the world in around 21 days. Sometimes (like Christmas or August) the T/A is longer that expected. I’m afraid there is nothing we can do about it as most postal services are busier than usual.
As we will continue dropshipping for the companies we are doing it right now, we will temporary put on hold our shop if we can’t send your order within 48 hours since the payment is being received. Be sure about it: if you can add products to the shopping cart then your order can be processed in this frame time. If not, I recommend you to send us an email in order to check when we will be able to accept new orders.
Talking about payment, you can pay for your order using Money Gram, Bitcoin and Ethereum. Truth said, paying with cryptocurrency is faster, more anonymous and easier as you can even buy them using your credit card from several platform. Once the payment is being confirmed, your will receive your tracking number in around 48 hours (allow us some extra hours if you paid during the weekend, please). Your tracking number will be added as a comment in your order and you will automatically receive an email with it. You will also be able to see it by login in your account (if you created when checking out). So far, customers with more than 5 orders from us can pay half of their order when placing it in the site and half of it once its being received. We will also find a way to apply this payment method to our US customers in the closer future.

The “Just EU” category and “Just US” category means those products are just available to be shipped locally in these locations. If by any chance you make a mistake when ordering, we will contact you and will offer the best solution for that. Also we have a “hot deals” section. If it’s your first order with us and you just want to check about our services and products, I recommend you to start with any of these items. You can find a lot of them in a very affordable price. Our Human Grade section (Pharmaceutical products) is quite impressive, I must say.
We will be sending coupon codes and promos to our customers and posting them as a pop up window when entering to our site. I’m not sure if I’m able to post these offers here or not. It will be great if any MOD can contact me to clarify this matter.
