I eat it occasionally. Seems it has a better health profile then beef. But cost and access keep me from using it more.

Here in Germany we don't have that in the stores.
I checked the Costco website and it seems that 10 lbs ground bison is 140 dollars? That's a lot.
Wild, free range meat is superior tho.

Get a deer lease or land and learn to hunt and process. It's really not hard and great to pass on to the younger generation
